I’ve been reading about SCRUM as well as RUP. Quite interested in SCRUM, probably because it’s more “day to day” than what I presently do. I think the RUP is more “abstract” and SCRUM is more about managing the “Construction Phase” of the project. This is an excellent pdf that describes one companies experiences with SCRUM.
